Acting for either the receiving or transferring pension scheme in the in-specie transfer of commercial property investment assets, on the occasion of the change of pension trustee. - Loan Backs

Dealing with the transfer of over 1000 properties from one pension provider to another which included dealing with the registration of the same at the Land Registry. - Joint Ownership
Completing a joint purchase between a member tenant and pension scheme which involved both parties borrowing from a high street lender.

Obtaining a first legal charge in favour of a SSAS by entering into deeds of priority with prior lenders where a first legal charge would otherwise not be possible.
